XYZ Stones offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns

General Online Return Policy
Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase you may return it for store credit or a quick refund within 30-days of receipt, no questions asked. Simply ship your return to the address provided below and be sure to include your invoice. Merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received (no sizing, modifications, or alterations) and include any accompanying certifications.

Exchange Policy*
If it’s not the right size or style, the merchandise may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Be sure that your item is in the condition it was sent; new and unaltered. Contact us with your request or jot us a note explaining your exchange needs and ship to the address provided below. We will contact you upon receipt of your package and promptly fulfill your exchange request.

*Please note that exchanges are not permitted on custom designs and special orders.

Returns on Special Orders and Custom Designs
Returns on custom designs and special orders are not permitted. Examples of custom designs include personal engraving, gemstone substitutions, and ring sizing.

Defective Merchandise Return
We stand behind everything we sell. If a clasp breaks, if a crystal falls out, if your watch isn’t telling time, let us know right away so that we may do what it takes to repair or replace your item according to the product’s individual warranties and guarantees. Contact us for details on shipping back your item to be repaired or replaced.


Trade-In Policy

Looking to trade-up for a larger diamond or colored stone? You may trade-in any diamond that you purchased from American Diamond Importers. You will receive credit for the price originally paid as long as the new diamond is at least double the trade-in price. This method of trade-in does not apply to colored gemstones. However, if you have gemstones or jewelry that you would like to trade-in for credit or cash, you may do so by visiting the store with your items so that the gemologist may determine the value. An appointment is strongly recommended.

As well, you may trade in diamonds purchased elsewhere. To determine the value of your diamond trade-in, a diamond evaluation will be completed by our certified gemologist.

We offer free shipping on all of our items. For Second Day and Express Mail additional charges will apply.

Watch Return Policy

Choose the wrong style? Missing your favorite feature? If it doesn’t fit your lifestyle or your wrist, you may return your watch for a full refund or exchange. Some restrictions apply. Read below to learn more.

Defective Watch Return Details
If you are concerned that your watch may be in some way defective, please notify customerservice@americandiamondimporters.com immediately. Please do not have the watch repaired or attempt to repair it yourself. Any repairs or modifications made to the watch may void refund privileges.

If reported to us within three days of delivery, watches determined by American Diamond Importers to have legitimate factory defects will be replaced with the same model. This policy does not apply to watches damaged due to misuse, abuse, water or condensation damage, and neglect to follow approved operating instructions.

Watch Return Conditions
Only brand new, unworn watches are eligible for return. Watches may not be used, sized, taken for an extended test drive, or altered in any way. Watches showing any kind of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Your watch return must contain all original packaging and contents, which includes instruction manuals, parts, any extra links, and tags. We expect packaging to be non-damaged (preferably unopened) and in resalable condition. Damaged packaging and missing contents may result in additional restocking fees.

Please remember that watches sized outside of American Diamond Importers are not returnable.

How to Return Your Watch
Prior to your watch return, you must acquire a return authorization (RA) number from customerservice@americandiamondimporters.com. Your request for an RA number must be made within seven (7) days of package receipt. Your return must be sent back to American Diamond Importers within seven (7) days of the issue of your RA number.

Ship your watch back to the customer service department at the address given below. Ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Be sure to enclose your RA number. Upon receipt, a customer service representative will contact you promptly regarding a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fees and Important Notes
With the exception of defective merchandise, watch returns made for refund purposes are subject to a 5% restocking fee in addition to a $10.00 shipping charge. On watches returned for an exchange of merchandise of equal or greater value, the 5% restocking fee will be waived.

We do not categorize image or item description discrepancies seen on our website (or other advertising) as watch defects. If you feel the watch you received does not resemble the images or description seen on our website, you may return it for a refund or exchange. We will investigate any potential technical errors and respectfully waive the fees if American Diamond Importers is at fault. Otherwise, shipping and restocking fees will apply.
